Dorian continued stalled over The Grand Bahamas with 120-150 mph winds. He is expected to turn north and parallel the Florida Coast today...and then parallel the Carolinas with Hateras getting the biggest blow. AFter that he will pick up speed and head into Atlantic likely bringing wind and rain to Cape Cod Friday into Saturday. Cape Cod could get winds over 50 mph and heavy rain.
